"checkin was supposed to be 2pm, but it was 2 hours late due to room was not clean. there was no water for 10 hours, not even to flush the toilets. These apartments owners/staff, treat tourists very badly. They will make very hard to get the door key to the apartment, and keep you wait out side standing for hours without any reason. skip this apartment if you want to enjoy your trip."

"The notification for entering the room was initially set to 24 hours in advance, but it was later changed to 12 hours before, and finally to after 2 PM. The pictures of the room did not match the actual room upon arrival. The room was located on an office floor, not a residential one. There were cracks on the floor and walls of the room. "In general, it was fine. However, the cutlery was very dirty, so I couldn't use it, and the electric kettle was broken. The bedding or towels didn't smell, but they weren't clean either. If you don't eat and just sleep, you can use the family unit. Communication with the owner in English was good, and the response was fast. Check-in is self-check-in, and there are 24-hour convenience stores and marts around the apartment, so it's very convenient."

"The check-in & check out process was a little difficult to navigate due to multiple lobbies. Similarly we had trouble moving the luggage trolley around the property. At one point I got stuck in the parking garage and the key did not work on any of the doors to the elevator rooms. The area around the hotel was ok, but we really struggled with the surrounding air pollution."

"Great place to stay! It was nice to have such a spacious space during our trip and the washer and dryer was very useful. Staff at check in (Kevin) was very kind. The communication from the hotel before check in was great, helpful. Location is good, a bit of a walk from the main tourist attractions but really not bad at all. "

"Saigon Sirius is actually inside RiverGate Apartments, very confusing for checkin. I did not have data or wifi to call the host and nobody was at reception, not that I could get in because you need the access card to get in I borrowed a phone from a traveller to contact the host, who was very efficient and courteous whenever I contacted her.
