"Fabulous Manager and staff. Very professional, courteous and kind. Gave me an early check in and helped with medicine. Lovely breakfast and room . Overall a lovely hotel with a great Manager who runs the hotel and team to a high standard. Sadly my only issue was the loud baseline from across the street, the hotel can’t help this ."

"Top notch for families with kids. Facilities were amazing. Tons of programs for kids and the activities were well maintained and watched over by staff. The residence rooms are dated with no streaming TVs and pretty much unwatchable. You hear the upstairs neighbors everytime they move a chair. Which is annoying. Easily fixed with some felt on the legs. I may opt for a different room if given the chance but the resort was so beautifully maintained and staff over the top kind. Oh- western prices on everything. Dont expect a deal on food or drinks. "
