"The property is good, but the staff is bad. I went during February half term holiday with the kids as prices are more affordable. Unfortunately most of the Restaurants around were closed being off season. The distance from the sea is 1 min by walk so it is perfect. The studio was nice, but would have preferred a proper double bed instead of the sofa bed as it was a bit uncomfortable. The lady at the Reception was terrible. "A clean and well maintained hotel with everything we needed for a week in Mallorca. The rooms are a good space fitted out nicely with a small kitchenette which we used to cook a couple of meals. The beds are comfortable and the airconditioning was excellent even when the outside temperature was in the 30s. Our room had a balcony with a sea view which was a nice bonus. "The location for this property is on top of the main Magaluf strip so if you're there for partying then you will find no issues. The rooms are functional and clean. You will not get much sleep and we even had a person banging on our door during the night and constant outside noise. It's not a place to relax or sleep. Also there was an issue with getting into the property but this was resolved promptly. "

"We loved our stay at Hotel Florida and would love to stay again/would gladly recommend. The resort felt quiet compared to others we've booked in the past, and compared to the nearby Son Matias area. Son Matias is walkable though and there are many options for food, drinks, and shopping. The onsite restaurant was very convenient as well. We loved that there were many places to tuck away along the coastline, which allowed us to be near the action or not. We stayed in the Siesta Suite which was well worth the upgrade - the private rooftop was stunning and the room had everything we needed."
