"A clean and well maintained hotel with everything we needed for a week in Mallorca. The rooms are a good space fitted out nicely with a small kitchenette which we used to cook a couple of meals. "The location for this property is on top of the main Magaluf strip so if you're there for partying then you will find no issues. The rooms are functional and clean. You will not get much sleep and we even had a person banging on our door during the night and constant outside noise. It's not a place to relax or sleep. Also there was an issue with getting into the property but this was resolved promptly. "

"Just back. Had a lovely 10 nights stay at Casa Vida. Apartment was a great size with everything needed. Big balcony with a lovely outlook over pool & a seaview. Peaceful nights sleep in the quieter side of bay. House keeping done every 4th day, fresh towels, bedding etc. Must mention the lifeguard "Dominique" such a warm welcoming person who is extremely diligent and vigilant in her role. "We have just come back from jarden del mar with family its end of season and they still kept it all running smoothly rooms are tired and need a little modernisation but are clean and towels changed often. Pool and all other amenities were fantastic will definitely be back !!! "

"Room had great views and was quiet and comfortable. As a downside, the metal panels on the balcony above our patio were severely rusted and, in addition to detracting from the visual appeal of the building, it may not be safe. Other than that, I would recommend adding a separate small refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Thanks for your consideration!"

"We loved our stay at Hotel Florida and would love to stay again/would gladly recommend. The resort felt quiet compared to others we've booked in the past, and compared to the nearby Son Matias area. Son Matias is walkable though and there are many options for food, drinks, and shopping. The onsite restaurant was very convenient as well. We loved that there were many places to tuck away along the coastline, which allowed us to be near the action or not. We stayed in the Siesta Suite which was well worth the upgrade - the private rooftop was stunning and the room had everything we needed."
