"The property was comfortable, excellent and very secure but the areas outside the property was cluttered of old cars at the back, dirty and very smelly at the front property from others making it difficult whenever to go outside. "Loved the 2 bed apartment, without doubt this would receive 5 stars if it wasn’t for the terrible sound proofing between floors. I was kept awake for 2 out of 3 nights because of noisy people in the apartment above. You could even hear chairs being moved. Otherwise it was a great spot, small grocery store on ground level that sells most everything you need on holiday. For consideration you are only provided one set of keys so if traveling with a group, enquire with the hotel first. "

"It took a little bit for the staff to come around little misunderstanding at first. Things got ironed out and things got better. I have been all over the world so this is not the first time. Even though our back grounds are totally different. At the end of the day we are all just people trying to get though the trip. I think the Staff were fairly new. language was a little challenge as well. "

"I entered this suite to discover filthy conditions. Crumbs all over the sofa. Random dirty water on the floor in multiple places. Bedsheets that looked like they were slept in five minutes ago. When I informed the homestay reps about this, they sent over a housekeeper who maintained a cold sullen resentful expression the entire time she was there. She merely swept the sofa crumbs onto the floor, and did nothing about the bedsheets. I requested to cancel but, while the homestay reps...
