"Easy digital check in and responsive staff. Love the bikes. Nice view from the balcony and very comfortable beds. The room is small but has everything you need including a safe. We were able to find street parking right at the hotel and it’s an easy walk to all of the bars and restaurants in central Nerja. "

"Vi har haft en riktigt bra vecka på detta fina hotell! Bra service och bra mat! Vi saknar teman för buffén någon gång för det blir lite tråkigt med nästan samma mat varje dag! Tapas restaurangen besökte vi två gånger och var väldigt nöjda med mat och service! Vi rekommendera detta senior hotell för oss som hellre blir överkörda av rullatorer än för barnvagnar! Vi är nöjda och kan nog komma tillbaka igen! "

"Good hostal - clean and central, friendly helpful staff. Just a few minor things- no bin in the room (only a tiny one in the bathroom), nothing to hang towels on in the bathroom, a few hooks on the back of the door would help! No full length mirror which is annoying when you’re on holiday and want to see your outfits! "

"Right in the middle of tourist alley, Restos and bars everywhere. It’s a straight up pension house- room-2beds-private toilet & shower-wifi - and smart TV was a bonus! No complaints!"

"The staff was very accommodating and the hotel verry clean. The AC was able to cool the room in less then 5 min so no need to leave it on when leaving for the day. The street parking is not easy but there is a public parking lot at 5 min walk across the street and another one at about 20 min walk, close to Burriana Beach. I do recommend going to beach to Burriana, it is the biggest and the sun is lasting longer at the sunset. The Mercadona that is about 5 min away is a grate thing where to buy...

We knew the hotel reception was due to close at 23:00 and we thought we might be right up against it, so rang Hotel Los Arcos as soon as we had collected our bags to let them know the situation and again once we were on the road. "We have just returned following a lovely long weekend in Nerja. 5 ladies travelled for a girls mini break. We had 2 bedrooms in Hotel Toboso Chaparil. A double and a triple room although the double also had 3 beds. The hotel is in a excellent location. Only a short stroll to beach and main town square/area. "Horrible motorcycle noises with parking lot outside window. No toaster. Awkward check-in done via automation and no easy to use. Prefer in person check-in. Little shelving in bathroom for personal items and towels Too few clothes hangars. Not exactly spotless. Dust and dirt. Very small table for eating. Really could not use at all. Microwave was confusing to use and no instructions for grill option. Great that safe was included! Convenient location. Iron & ironing board included."
