"Fantastic service from being greeted at the door to pool bar and room service. Relaxing. convenient and comfortable. My daughters 40th and she was treated with a lovely cheese platter, champagne on ice and maccaroons which was sweet. Oh I also got 2 free cocktails on arrival to enjoy at the pool bar. My only advice though if you have any difficulty walking or a poor sense of direction it could be tricky. Awesome place to stay."

"We loved our stay at the Cairns Plaza Hotel! Our apartment was spacious and clean, with a fantastic view and huge balcony. The location was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room had good amenities for a long stay, including a mini fridge, microwave, and kettle. Our only major complaint was the lack of an in-room safe. You can store valuables in the front desk safe, but they’re not individual safety deposit boxes like I’ve used in other hotels. Minor suggestions for improvement include adding a toaster and stating on the welcome sheet that ice is available at the front desk. Overall, we highly recommend the Cairns Plaza Hotel and would happily return! "
