"Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. They were engaging, professional and help us coordinated transportation and activities outside the hotel. Staffs are also very honest. "We arrived early, we couldn't use our room till 2p. But the did allow us to drop our bags in the room. Our daughter loved the pool, it was clean and well maintained. Order your breakfast the night before, or McDonald's is close by. We will definitely go back on our next trip."
