"The hotel was top notch; the rooms were luxurious, the staff were friendly and professional, and the service exceptional. The only criticism would be that the quality of the food ordered to the room (room service) was not at all up to the standards of the hotel. It was too expensive and was sub-par. "We arrived an hour before check-in and as our room was ready we were able to check in early which was awesome. Our room was clean and loved the styling and design. Had a swim at the open deck pool, and later a cocktail at one of the bars. Dinner was room-service as was breakfast - all meals were promptly delivered and great quality. Overall a really enjoyable stay. We are local to Sydney but wanted a convenient base to attend a concert at Darling Harbour and this was the perfect venue. "
