"Lovely hotel, the check in was quick and easy. We arrived early and the lady on the desk rang us to let us know when the room was ready. Lovely outdoor swimming pool heated to 30 degrees."

"The actual site was great. Staff were friemdly enough. Lots of hidden costs added whilst tour the air con example is €7 a day. Mobile homes are tired need renovation. No cleaner cam for 10 days then camp site tried billing us to clean it at the end. We refused has we have been cleaning it daily. Restaurants are really expensive."

"Traveling to Europe with a party of 9 can be challenging, especially when it comes to accomodations. When we found a place that had enough beds for all 9 of us in Venice we booked. We were expecting a medium sized apartment like we had in Rome and Florence, that while a bit tight they worked wonderfully. When we opened the door to Riva Palace we were shocked! "Convenient to train station, close to bus transport to Venice. Check in was smooth and we took advantage of the luggage story since we arrived before check in time. Some upgrading is being done and our room had a newer bathroom compared to one of our other travel companions. There is carpet in the rooms which is quite dated and could use replacing. "

"Navigating the hotel was a minor challenge. Which elevators service what part of the hotel... The hotel provides a low cost water taxi service to and from San Marco square which is dedicated to the hotel. The Skyline bar has great views, but we suggest venturing out and to the local cafe's. The room was nice, large with 2 doors that opened onto the courtyard. The thermostat wanted to keep the room much warmer that we liked, even turned down, it did not matter, so we opened the doors to let in the cool night air. Opening the doors does shut off the heat/AC... We traveled off season, so it was a bit damp and the air was cool. They do suggest during the warmer months to not open the doors as it will let bugs in. The staff were very helpful and friendly. "

"Two min walk from the rialto bridge and opposite the boat stops to and from the airport. Short 15 minute walk to st marks square lots of places to eat and drink in the area the property is a little tired and small (cosy) but its clean with a lovely breakfast and great staff very very friendly and helpful we came December 2023 and loved it so we booked here again for this latest trip and when we come to visit venice again we will stay here we love its location and staff."
