Estaban haciendo la transición de hotel de selina a own y la habitacion no contaba con aire acondicionado operativo,la recepción nos indico que vendria el sr de mantenimiento que no llego y tuve que pedir un ventilador para poder estar dentro de la habitación familiar. La persona de recepción era nueva y no te daba ninguna solución

Hotel tem uma boa localização e estrutura mas parece ser mal administrado, faltava água para comprar no hotel, o café da manhã era muito simples, tinha poucas opções e ainda faltava alguma das poucas opçoes. Um dos 3 dias na minha hospedagem não limparam meu quarto e mal ajeitaram a cama.

Sou cliente frequente do Selina e geralmente tenho ótimas experiências, mas nesta última estadia observei alguns pontos de melhoria. A pia do banheiro estava com o ralo obstruído, o vaso sanitário apresentava ruídos após o uso, e a limpeza do quarto, especialmente o piso do chuveiro, poderia estar mais caprichada. Também notei vazamento no chuveiro após o uso. Além disso, os estofados dos bangalôs da piscina estavam visivelmente sujos e desgastados. Espero que esses pontos sejam resolvidos, pois gosto muito do hotel e quero continuar retornando.

Um show de horrores! Começando pela recepção de um jovem que deveria tentar outra profissão e não no Turismo recepcionando pessoas. O quarto surpreendentemente não tinha uma TV . Acho que ao redor do mundo , nunca estive num quarto sem Tv! Ao tentar tomar um banho no fim do dia, surpresa, nada de água quente ! Só a gélida água Buziana ! Dia seguinte , iniciamos com o café da manhã de chorar! Um “combo” safado, com margarina, ovos frios e um “suco” de uva lastimável! Aproveitei para comprar no mercadinho em frente do hotel , queijo e presunto , que acho que eles desconhecem para servir. Vale Lembrar que as toalhas são verdadeiras “lixas” , talvez para peeling corporal! Sem falar no ambiente em geral sujo e muito pouco cuidado, coisas mofadas e descascadas. Para terminar essa viagem , os funcionários não usam uniformes , e quando usam , estão sujos e mal apresentados . Parece até que fazem um cata-cata na cidade para contratar por diárias! Enfim, nunca mais, e tentarei avisar ao máximo número de Pessoas para jamais passarem na porta !

Eu amei ficar no Selina Búzios, o espaço é lindo, confortável, o pessoal da equipe é super prestativa, piscina com hidromassagem quentinha! A única coisa que não gostei foi que minha minha cama no quarto compartilhado estava suja de areia, parecia que alguém estava usando.
