"I enjoyed that the property was a little outside the main part of town. It was quiet and peaceful, and the staff was really exceptional. I had some travel issues with weather related boat excursion, and I was grateful to be able to extend my stay for another day. "

"Excellent staff, great pools with pool bars and facilities available up to 12 am. Restaurant availability until 10 pm. Spa service very good and open in the evening. Good food, probably quite overpriced. The only missing factor is that it is not beach front but you have a view on the ocean. I would definitely recommend it"

"If I come to Coron again. I will most definitely stay here. The price is well worth the quality and atmosphere. Great view from our balcony. And the staff were beyond superb. There’s a breakfast buffet in the package that goes with the room, and it was first class."

"The property and staff were great. Just need a tricycle to really do anything outside the resort. Not easily walkable for older guests. "

"This is a beautifully designed resort. We stayed in the most expensive suites and were impressed with the serene setting, where we could just slip into the secluded pool right off of our porch. The resort is beautifully planted giving a very tropical feel. The pool was cleaned everyday which was good to see. We were not so impressed with the food and after the first meal decided to eat elsewhere. We did have the complimentary breakfast, which was just okay. I suggest the hotel looks at improving...

"This property and staff were so great, their slogan is "experience private island living", and it is very true. We were prepared and had a wonderful time after reading previous reviews, we brought snacks and a water bottle and cash. Knowing it was very isolated, as such you are completely dependant on the resort for food, tours and transportation. There is no close towns and no nearby ATM. "We had a trail of ants coming from the AC. Don’t leave food out on the tables. We arrived before check in time, but we were able to eat at the restaurant and go to the pool. They did upgrade us to a family room with 2 bathrooms which was nice. Easy to take a tuk tuk to the town, there are a bunch waiting outside. I recommend renting fins at the dock and haggle for your own snorkel set in the town."

"We were so grateful with our stay in Skylodge Resort Coron. Especially with their front desk staff Grace. She was so helpful and nice to us. "This is the nicest hotel we stayed in the Philippines. After 3 days on a boat trip, it was very refreshing to arrive at a clean hotel with great air conditioning, a real bathroom, nice floors, and working Wifi. Highly recommend - location is also very central in Coron."

"fantastic! cute room, comfy bed, great shower, the daily fruit drinks were amazing. 3 different restaurants with lots of options. the roof top bar was great for sunset. staff was very friendly and accommodating. 20 min walk to town or there was always a tricycle ready to take you to town. very safe.
