"What a find! The owners have combined their family heirlooms with modern facilities most charmingly in their farmhouse. Beautiful gardens and thoughtfully arranged outdoor spaces. A most sympathetic and friendly hostess. Our evening meal was home cooked with vegetables and fruit from their potager. This will be our default stopover and we fully intend to stay a few nights and explore the area by bicycle in the future."

"This was our first stay in Châlons-en-Champagne, and it certainly will not be the last! Wonderful dog friendly hotel in the middle of the city, with a lovely champagne bar attached, lots of great restaurants near by, and a beautiful little park a few min away. The room we stayed in was really nice, clean and spacious, and the service from the staff was excellent! "

Standard breakfast continually stocked and monitored by staff. The room was very warm and uncomfortable due to heat being the only option during a very warm weekend. Initially we had to switch rooms as the first one was unbearable to sleep in. "

"The only good thing about this hotel is that is conveniently located. We travelled as a family and booked two rooms late check-in went smoothly. We were shocked to find there were communal showers and toilets did not feel safe and the Rhoomes were smelly and quite dirty. The mattress was uncomfortable and the sheets did not feel particularly clean and were very itchy. One room has marks on the ceiling the other had graffiti on the walls and television screen."

Sadly the hotel (motel) is very basic with minimum creature comforts in the room and a tiny shower. And the outside of the building is very tired and needs a re-furb.
