"Catastrophic. Pictures do not Real. Lies about all inclusive . Nothing exist (services , breakfast etc ).Very Very noisy and dirty. Clients service of Expedia had thé best and called thé manager . Lie After lie , it was a calamity. "

"The photos do not give an accurate impression of the property. It was probably quite imposing when it was new but the outside is now very scruffy. The hotel is difficult to find, it does not look like a hotel ad there are no signs. There is a large sign for a betting shop across the front of the building. There is no lift and the hotel has many floors. The only breakfast offered was matoke and rice from 0930 am. Staff were friendly and helpful and made every attempt to keep the hotel clean but...

"It was time for me and partner to rest and stay indoors unfortunately the television didn’t have any signal, no access to local television only 4 channels worked. There was a church or bar playing loud music most of the day and night. Apart from that I love l enjoy staying at heights."
