"Lovely room, it had more facilities than we needed, including dishwasher, coffee machine, cutlery etc. Very clean, lovely design. Very comfy bed and pillows. There was a strange noise coming from the shower throughout the night, we reported this in the morning and that have said they will deal with it."

"The hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable. Unfortunately it backs onto a night club that stays open until 4 a.m., so if you're a light sleeper, book elsewhere. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and apart from the noise it was perfect."

"The apartment is well placed for easy access to shopping and restaurants. We were a group of 4 adults and the hot water ran out. A resolution was found quickly, (Sylvania?) was very helpful and understanding."

"Property was clean and tidy, odd hair here and there, no problem. It is near a main road so there is some excitement but it settles down after 10pm. Odd bit of maintenance required but nothing serious. However the toilet fills with hot water. Shower is great, bathroom is modern, more than enough facilities with fridge cooker hob & microwave plus plates cups cutlery glasses. Soft lighting. I'd stay again."

Right in the heart of Birmingham city centre, parking at B4parking isn’t too far and you get a discount if you enter your vehicle registration on the tablet in the lobby when you check out. Only downside is the noise due to the bars around however that’s expected given the location "

"The apartment was fantastic, easy to find and a stones throw from Nottingham city centre (5 mins walk) and more specifically the Rock City music venue. The room was large, comfortable and Appt 1 which we were given feels very private having its own access at the back of the building. We also really appreciated the friendly staff at reception who could not have been more helpful and got us safely into the car park and gave clear instructions for a smooth checkout process. "Nice, centrally located and well equipped; also very clean and nice touches like milk on arrival. The studio is s bit dark as blinds don't open fully, and unfortunately sound proofing is not great so very noisy at night from very loud club nearby over the weekend."

"I kid you not; these are the real pictures of this ‘not so pleasant apartment’. Everything was broken and dirty. The whole apartment smelled of constant cigarette smoke throughout my stay. The cheap price tag is for a reason, and you’ll only find out the hard way. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy."

"Our stay was good. Lovely hotel, lovely service from the staff. Check in was chaos due to a concert everyone was attending so definitely check in online when you’re given the option, I wish we had. Room was a little tatty, the bathroom door had severe water damage & the sink plug didn’t work, so the sink wouldn’t hold water so I had to keep the tap running which I think wastes water just for the sake of replacing a plug. The shower was fantastic, overhead & great pressure. Room was clean though...

"We where in Birmingham overnight for a gig at the Utiltia Stadwhich was a short walk from the hotel. We arrived around midday to find our room was already for us, which came ad a very pleasant surprise. Check was very quick and easy and before we knew it we where in our room. The room was spacious well equipped and comfy. Breakfast in the morning was second to none when staying at a hotel, plenty on offer all excellently prepared and hot. Also a very good choice of food covering all tastes. Finally check out like check in was very quick and painless."
