"We loved the idea of staying in a castle and that in itself was magical. We stayed in the Cromwell Suite which is big. The kids loved the extra room to roam. "I loved my stay for 3 nights! Sian is a perfect host, and my single room upstairs overlooking the back garden was very quiet, had a very comfortable bed, a chair, and plenty of spaces, surfaces, and hooks to put things in or on. I could sit in the breakfast room any time of the day if I wanted a table space for working on a laptop, and I was welcome to store items in the fridge. "We had a very relaxing stay at Greenhill Farm Barn. The owners, Lizzie and Steve couldn't have been more welcoming. The room was very comfortable and everything very clean. The only thing I would have liked would be a lockable door to our room. I have never stayed anywhere where you couldn't lock the room you were staying in."

"Lovely lovely getaway with a beautiful view very tranquil, we came for Valentine’s Day and had the lodge room. Would defo visit again, staff were very attentive and polite. Very relaxing break, lucky there’s an onsite restaurant because it’s located in the woods but that was the whole idea of the getaway to escape the fast life. Room was very very clean and smelt amazing. Overall, I would give it a 8.5/10, an on site convenience store would be great."

"The owners (or managers) were very friendly and helpful, from the phone call they made to address parking, to the greeting on arrival. We had one of the "Motel" rooms at the back, which was a lovely, clean, modern room, with all the mod cons. "Lovely B&B. Sue is a lovely lady -very friendly and helpful. She also does a fantastic Breakfast! Our room was great - roomy and very comfortable bed. Choice of a Bath or a walk in shower in the bathroom, which was also a very good size. Will definitely stay there again, and highly reccomend it."
