We encountered a mouse problem after discovering that the crackers we brought were chewed into. The oven in the kitchen was dirty and smelled burnt when we attempted to use it.

The property was unique in a sense because the upper rooms were for numerous families. There was a main floor with 2 double beds and a TV and a washroom with tub. The main living area had a living room and a TV which was big and it also had a full kitchen with a small pub like table. Then you had an upstairs with a king size bed and a TV and it's own washroom, washroom had a tub with hair soap, body wash and conditioner that were not filled in both washrooms. There was a swimming pool and a hot tub. The pool was ok but the hot tub was so old and dirty. There was a cute little sitting area with a BBQ. The grounds around the hotel was manicured well beautiful plants and flowers. You can access your room only from the outside almost like a motel. So you had to go outside to get back to the main reception area of the hotel that served breakfast or if you wanted to use the gym or the pool. The hotel needs a big upgrade it looks old. Beautiful piece of property if they upgrade this hotel it will look amazing because they do charge for an upgraded hotel. Very expensive for the condition of the rooms. They were not clean the ceiling fan had a inch of dust on it the carpet was stained the air vents were filled with dust. The washrooms were very clean the beds were clean and so was the kitchen.

Cost of stay didn't reflect the service or property. Overall average hotel but not worth the cost. Minimal breakfast options, missing towels in pool (despite asking multiple times) and outside areas of property were not cleaned or maintained well.

The hotel could use updating. The location is very convenient and the room was comfortable but could use updating. The bed was very comfortable. Jovan was extremely helpful when we arrived late at night. He is a very cheerful and friendly employee.

The property was in great disrepair. Rotting wood, falling cement. There were bags of garbage outside of every door and overnight they were broken open by animals, still left by the staff. The unit itself was dirty - the doors streaked with dirt, the kitchen fan unusable, the tub moldy. Guests were outside smoking a variety of things which caused us to have to walk through smoke to get to our car. We left after the first night, feeling unsafe to stay in this place, confirmed after reading a prior review. There was one staff at the front desk, no evidence of others on the property.
