"This is a nice hotel that’s about a half hour walk from the old town. The pool was very welcome, as it was nicely maintained, quiet, and a great place to cool off after a hot day of walking around the town. The staff was consistently good. "

"It is a nice spot. It’s more a tiny statement. Management ed very nice and communicated well. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom Ave shower were very small but sufficient and had got hot water. Towels weren’t great, but worked. Police experiences in a great location."

"The guy is a jerk. Clever fox. Very disappointing. Donot know why hotels.com accept that . After travelling from other country when we reached to contessa appartment the guy said our booking date changed.we paid for the, went to a badly located apartment, with luggage and guy is saying date change. In system its showing our date booking as hotel.com but in person he is saying no room. He didnt allow us to enter. Tried to communicate with hotel.com but their customer service is also...

"The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. However, the hotel was a bit hard to find—it’s tucked away among other buildings, and the main entrance was closed, likely due to the low season. Also, only the first four floors are part of the hotel; the upper ones are residential. Despite that, it was a nice, relaxing stay overall."

Amazing stay at Merit Starlit!

"The quality of Merit truly stood out. The room was simply amazing; it was one of the suite rooms and everything from the materials, decoration, comfort, size, and the sea view was excellent. It was undoubtedly one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. The hotel’s location is, without question, perfect. The breakfast menu was very classy and delicious. For anyone visiting Budva with a reasonable budget, this hotel should definitely be the choice. My only negative comment would be about the gym, which is too small and doesn’t quite match the standards of such a hotel. At most, two people can work out at the same time. A special thanks to Mr. Taylan and Ms. Müge for their kindness and support during our stay."

"Location is perfect, it's few steps away from the beach and also the entrance to the old town. Cafe right next to beach has a lounge deck area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from walking around the old town and a short walk to the marina which also has many restaurants. I had upgraded to the executive suite on the 3rd floor with a balcony sea view. The room is very spacious with modern bathroom facilities. The breakfast at the hotel has plenty of choices and good selection of options. The hotel facilities are excellent. Gym is a good size with plenty of equipment. The spa has steam and sauna rooms, indoor and outdoor pools which I used everyday and really enjoyed. The sauna could do with access to water. Other areas have very nice features. Hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful, check in was quick. I would stay here again if visiting Budva. "
