"Bad experience at the hotel! The gym is under reconstruction but it is not mentioned on the website and I booked this hotel because of the gym. I only spend there 1 night in stead of 3. Also for breakfast in the morning they have an a la carte restaurant and a buffet restaurant, you can choose where you want to have breakfast but at the check in there was no choice given. Will never return to this hotel again."

"Dispite detailed instructions the office was very difficult to locate. For future reference it's next to the Police station. The apartment is on the 25th floor out of 46. 35m swimming pool and reasonable gym. Motorbike noise at night can be a pain for light sleepers."

"Agent Abas competent and accommodating, very helpful and responded quickly to requests. Housekeeping staff Mia and Kasum very diligent and cleaned well but not the second cleaner who was on her own. Good view. The unit was on the 29 th floor and at the end of a long corridor not very conducive for a 92 year old woman with a walker. Also, there were no accessibility features like a rail in the bathroom or toilet."

It was easily done for the changes from the prebooked room via online to a bigger room with additional reasonable fares. Room was clean, shower and toilet also clean. No smoking odour/smell. "This rooms are becoming a little dated and on our most recent stay the carpet in our room clearly needed re-doing and it could have been a little cleaner overall, but we continue to stay here because it's a fantastic location with the monorail right outside, shopping malls and eating within walking distance, and one of the best breakfasts buffets in the world."

"The staff were amazing, their service and manner were great and very welcoming. They were very polite and felt like they respected us as a guest. I am a very frequent traveller and have experienced many buffets, the breakfast buffet at Traders was the best breakfast buffet I have ever had upto now. There was a large variety of food options and the quality was of high standard too. Overall this hotel is excellent and would recommend it very highly. "

"Everything is good except internet connection is inconsistent. Have to log in every time even though after a few minutes not in use. House keeping service is good. Special thanks to Rajib who has provided us with excellent housekeeping services. Breakfast buffet food varieties can be upgraded given it is a 5 stars hotel which is a bit disappointed. Overall the experience is good and great location."

"This was a true 5 star stay. Modern room layout had the bath in the middle with beds, sink, coffee nook and changing area on four sides. broad view of the city center from high up the building. Restaurant and room service food was top notch. And overall service was great. I needed an early morning ride to the airport and the concierge was very helpful finding me a ride. One thing to note: the lobby is at the top floor so one has to take an express elevator to the top then take another elevator down to the rooms. "

"Classy hotel in prime location. Direct access to the Pavilion Mall. Staff wonderfully helpful and attentive. Rooms were large and well equipped, although starting to age. Pool on 18th floor was great. Breakfast offer was extensive and tasty. Gets busy at weekends, quieter during the week"
