Check in was delayed by an hour as the room was not ready. Complimentary drinks provided whilst waiting. The double bed was very comfortable and the shower one of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty of plug sockets. Reception always manned. Shame the restaurant was closed.

Beautiful hotel close from the oktogon metro and full of restaurants. Breakfast is various. Parking available on site. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed during my stay. Rooms and bed are confortable.

Great location. New and clean. I would go back again and recommend it. Reception was helpful and prepared. Only a minor note is that tea and coffee in the rooms are not replaced daily, which is what I would expect from a 4star hotel.

The hotel was very nice and location was great. The staff on the other hand was not very helpful. Instead of taking care of their clients needs they just say sorry which basically means “nothing we can or want to do to help you”.

I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. Superb location and amenities but above all the staff are amazing. From the excellent manager on down - just everyone who works in this hotel is an outstanding professional. We have stayed at about 30 hotels on our current 5 week European trip and this hotel was the best so far. Previous comments about hotel staff are either perhaps not true or things have changed since then. I recommend this hotel most highly for any traveler to the beautiful city of Budapest - you will not be disappointed. I normally never write hotel reviews but I’m making an exception in this case because I was so impressed.

A very good choice
Ideal situation for public transport, Restaurants, shops, etc. Very friendly and helpful personal. Important to know, that EU 65+ citizens (including Norway and Switzerland) can use local public transport free of charge. All you have to do is present an identity card / passport with a photo and date of birth. Unfortunately we didn’t think of it and we paid for a 7 day ticket for Budapest.
