Had mixed results with shower/bathroom/water pressure and check-in process (different each time based on "enthusiasm" of the reception desk clerk). Rooms are quiet. Excellent location - walkable to Parliament/St. Stephens/transportation. Highly recommend. "

"The location was good but the hotel is very very noisy. It’s between two main roads and the windows are single glazed. We asked for a back room but they can’t if you have a child as they are smaller rooms at the back. Also the reception area smells bad, but not upstairs the smell there was fine. Otherwise good location. "
