"Close to Wien Hauptbahnhof. Nice clean big room. The tissue box was almost empty in the bathroom. When we asked for a new one on the next morning, the lady said they don’t have anymore. Other than that, everything is okay."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Located next to the subway which proved invaluable. The breakfast had everything you needed and was fresh. Only downside of the hotel was the poorly stocked bar in terms of spirits."

"Well located accommodation near Vienna Central station. Room has kitchenette which makes it easy to heat/cook food. This is a self service hotel/apartment that makes check in a breeze when you have done all the online requirements before arrival. Hotel staff is available at certain times and are helpful."

"The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a little snag when the email with the code went to our spam folder. It took a while to figure that out. The area seemed nice and was within walking distance to some restaurants and the U-Bahn station. "

"Our stay didn’t starts so well hotels.com didn't send us the email we needed to check in but even though the property says no check in desk we meet the owners who helped us check in and everything went smoothly from there, a full kitchens to cook, laundry facilities, lockers Incase you needed to leave your bags till 8pm on your checkout day, yoga mat, high chair for little ones. Spar around the corner and a aisian food store across the road, with lovely dumplings in the freezer. "

"Thie apartment is excellent for two couples. Each bedroom has a comfortable bed and a pretty spacious shower. The apartment had one toilet room to be shared by the two couples, which was the only downside. The location is quite good. "The apartment is in an excellent location for those who wish to be outside of the main tourist Old Town, but want to still access it easily. Very close to the U3 subway line, which was very useful. "We loved MONDI. Our room was first floor, lake side. We never tired of how beautiful the view was. The room was very clean. Had coffee maker, tea maker, dishes, pots and pans, a refrigerator but no microwave. Service was wonderful. Walking to the bus wasn’t a problem. However, keep in mind that you can not get a bus or taxi before 7AM. No Uber service. Train station is in Bad Aussee which is a beautiful town near by. (Bus to MONDI is only a 10 minute ride)"

"Great location and excellent communication. Only thing not so happy with was having to take rubbish out ourselves. I think it is a bit unreasonable to expect guess to take any rubbish out. Yes, by all means leave the place tidy and rubbish in the apartment bins but to take them out should be role for the cleaners. "Good hotel. Straight across the road from Hauptbahnhof and different tram rotues. Rooms were good. Balconies (although we didn't use them) were a surprise. Perhaps not the hotel's fault but one of the lifts was out of action for two days. Long walk to the 7th floor. Reception was very busy when we came to collect our luggage when leaving hotel."
