I would suggest expedia lets you know that after booking you will be asked for your credit card and to scan your ID via an incoming email. That process made me nervous and kept me awake at night even though it all seemed to turn out fine. "

"My wife and I stayed here for two nights while visiting our daughter who is in college in Tacoma. What a lovely cottage! Conveniently located to walk down the hill to the shoreline and coffeeshops. Communication with the owners was clear and great. We look forward to staying here again on future visits."

Also there was no playground. The lawn and yard needed attention.. overall we enjoyed our stay. I have tried contacting the number provided only to get no answer,. I left my son's baseball hat there, and really need to get it back.."
