"Overall a wonderful stay! Helpful staff and great food. The only downside was the rattling from the air con vent in room 501. Even with the air con off the vent rattled constantly right outside the snug bedroom. It made getting to sleep tricky. "

"Great location close to station, quick check in and receptionist took me up to my room and even carried my bag. Room was lovely, big comfy bed, clean, good decor, great bathroom with a handy little led over the loo for night time use! Fully equipped kitchenette, air con, big smart TV. Breakfast was only continental, but lots of choice, and good coffee. There was nothing I could fault! "

"This hotel was amazing!! Our room was issued earlier than expected, we got upgraded, I wish we was there longer for one night just to have longer in the hotel! The staffs were lovely and helpful, the hotel is around 10/15 minute walk into the centre, everything was amazing!!"

"We loved our recent 3 night stay at Princes Street Suites. The staff we met were lovely, the location is incredible - 2 mins from St James' Quarter which is a mall with great shopping and loads of choice for dining (in or take away). The property is a 15 min stroll from Edinburgh Castle (with young kids); it's ideally located for the Museum of Scotland, Dynamic Earth, Calton Hill, Arthur's Seat, the Museum on the Mound, St Andrew's Square, George Street, and is 1 min from Waverley station....

"Faultless. I read the reviews and thought how can there be so many 10 reviews. Well they were correct! The reception team were friendly and professional throughout. The entry to the apartment block and room is very secure, the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, warm and quiet set alongside one of the back streets in central Edinburgh. Milk in the fridge allowed for a cup of tea when I got there and the umbrellas in the foyer helped out massively on our trip on this occasion."

"Great find! Renovations meant a longer walk through to the apartments but really wasnt an issue for us. Apartment was spotless and the facilities were great. The only real downside was there are no sockets near the mirror so getting ready was a little tricky as i didnt have a mirror with me so had to use my phone camera to see as i was doing my hair. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the location was great for us! "

"Outstanding room, immaculately clean. Had everything and more we needed and the location could not have been better. The bed was extremely comfy and generously sized. I really enjoyed the shower and bathroom too. Exceeded expectations and remarkable value for money. It is not the fault of the apartment but I would say it might be worth recommending guests bring earplugs as the air conditioning units in surrounding businesses are very loud. It did keep me from sleeping."

"Had a brilliant stay here! Hotel was in a great location for Waverley station, shops and the theatre. Staff were all so lovely and approachable. Rooms were a good size, well decorated and clean. Breakfast was varied and tasteful. The spa was lush! Only minor issues were that we had booked two twin rooms and neither rooms actually had twin beds. Both had double beds made up. Not a big issue for us as it was a mother and daughter pair staying in both rooms but might not be appropriate for other...

Excellent short break

"Super location, got off the tram from the airport outside the hotel. Central to everything Edinburgh. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was busy but we were warned by hotel of when the busiest time was if we wanted to avoid it, but the food was good and plentiful with a wide choice. I would definitely stay here again."

"Had a brilliant stay here! Hotel was in a great location for Waverley station, shops and the theatre. Staff were all so lovely and approachable. Rooms were a good size, well decorated and clean. Breakfast was varied and tasteful. The spa was lush! Only minor issues were that we had booked two twin rooms and neither rooms actually had twin beds. Both had double beds made up. Not a big issue for us as it was a mother and daughter pair staying in both rooms but might not be appropriate for other people. Also the chlorine in the swimming pool was stinging our eyes so badly we could only stay in for 5 minutes. Other people there were struggling too. All in all though, I would definitely stay here again! "
