There are some maintenance issues, such as the shower drain being clogged with hair (yuck) and the shower head being almost completely broken. The place could do with a regular schedule of repairs."

"Great place for multiple day lodging. Well equipped kitchen, spacious studio room and easy electronic key access. Top notch fitness equipment in the gym and a welcoming commons area were an unexpected bonus. Grocery store and UBahn within 8 minutes walk. Staff were superb! Very responsive to any needs we had. Definitely booking here again when next in Munich! Just have one suggestion - work on a better ventilation plan other than opening the windows when cooking. "
