"I didn't want to stay in a big hotel, so I chose the Inn. I am not disappointed! The Inn is charming and has so much character! The Damon room has a beautiful view of the street. It was comfortable and quiet! I didn't have to hear doors slamming and elevators dinging. Craig gave me all the info that I needed. I will definitely stay here again the next time I head to Cleveland!"

"Old world charm! Classy! Loved the beautiful tiled bathroom and fixtures! Room beautifully appointed. Everything to my liking. The only thing I did not find in my room that would have ben useful- which I probably could have requested but didn't was a "luggage rack". Could be that it was well hidden and I just didn't find it."

"Good one night stay. Front desk guy was super friendly. Quick check in. Only downside I would say is we were at breakfast by 8:45 and there was enough waffle batter for one waffle, lady said they weren’t putting out anymore. She said when it’s gone it’s gone. Felt that was a little rude for everyone that came after us. A lot of families figure that free breakfast into their stay and while it wasn’t an issue for us, I can see where it would be for others. "The staff was so friendly and efficient! We had an issue with our thermostat, and we had a new one put in by the kindest maintenance worker within 45 minutes of our call. I really hope Camerae is in the lobby when you arrive or leave! He made our weekend, making us feel truly valued. If we return to Cleveland, this is where we'll be staying!"
