"The bathroom toilet didn't have a cover which was strange. Don't know if the ac in my room wasn't working but it just wouldn't seem to get cold. The room was a good size & nicely designed. Staff was friendly and willing to help. "

"I was pleasantly surprised by the bright atmosphere in the lobby. The marketplace had better snacks than the nearest bodega however overpriced. I wish the breakfast bar offered waffles. It's well-maintained inside and out. I was refunded the parking fee as it was on my second night there due to the storm there was nowhere to park in the very small lot. If there are X amount of spaces then they should be assigned to the rooms for guests. "

"Awful experience. Hotel renovations were overrunning when I arrived, so hotel was closed. Rudely and without proper explanation was forced to move to a completely different brand hotel, late at night without assistance. Zero compassion from the hotel, zero attempt to apologise, and zero compensation. A huge thumbs down from both the hotel itself, and Hotels.com, who didn't seem to understand or care about the situation either "
