"A funky hotel with lovely touches from when it was first built. Often the showers are fine, but this time the bathtub was very narrow and there wasn't much pressure. I did love the view from the higher floor thought, so worth the trade off."

"This was our 2nd stay here within 6 months. This time we opted for a room overlooking the defunct marina.Room was clean and we booked this hotel because of its free airport shuttle which was fast and efficient. Our junior suite was spacious with a nice balcony. If you are a light sleeper, don’t book a room overlooking the marina because you will constantly hear the roar of the planes arriving and departing Oakland airport all night long. "I had an amazing stay at here. I have stayed at other properties so I am accustom to the room set up. Yes, it is compact but extremely efficient. The technology makes up for the room size - all the controls (lights, window shades and tv) on the iPad. In reality, this is great for a business hotel.
