"Booked this hotel last min for my birthday. They gave us complimentary drink vouchers for my bday. Check in was smooth. The room we booked only had partial view to the bay. They accommodated us to a room with a beautiful view of the bay bridge. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. "

The little fridge in the room was too loud, I had to unplug it. The staff were great: friendly, competent, and helpful.
