One of my close relations had to cancel at the last minute due to a serious health condition. When i shared this information with Jana at check in and Charlotte in the massage department they were extremely understanding and kind. I felt really supported and appreciated their help. I want to pay tribute to both of these members of staff for their generosity and kindness. "This was my third stay at Bristol Royal Marriott. Staff have been lovely on all occasions and my room clean and of a very good standard. There is a relaxed vibe to the hotel which is within easy reach of all of Bristols attractions and there is parking on site which i have used on my two previous visits. Reasonably priced. "
