" Beautiful hotel offering everything I needed. It is well located a 4 minute walk from the train station, and a qui k stroll to the centre of town. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet. Coffee is very good and breakfast acceptable but certainly not exceptional. Would stay here agin without thinking about it."

"I booked two rooms and one of the rooms had non-working A/C and a back door to a common veranda that wasn't possible to lock. The management promised to refund the room but no refund was made. Hotels.com told me the property refused to refund. They had washer and dryers that automatically shut off at night making it impossible to open up the washer door to retrieve your clothes - the door was locked as the program wasn't finished. When I tried to call them for support, I got no answers. Location...

"It is a lovely hotel in a convenient location. I was a little disappointed at the moment of the check-in due to the fact that the receptionist wanted to charge me extra for the breakfast and the fourth person. Both of which I had already paid for on expedia upon booking the hotel. I have found some staff very professional and welcoming and some others less keen. Overall I am happy with my stay."

"Good value hotel 1 minute drive from motorway /autostrada short drive to shops in Allesandria. Receptionist very helpful and printed off our Ryanair boarding passes.Even though he was very busy 96 rooms booked on the night. "This is a great hotel with a lovely Bistro and a two Michelin star restaurant. We ended up extending our two day stay to four days. We didn’t eat at the Michelin restaurant but did eat at the Bistro which was lovely. Unfortunately the Bistro was either booked out or closed for three of the nights we stayed so I recommend checking in advance if you do not want to drive to restaurants away from the hotel. Staff were exceptional. "
