"I have spent the last four Christmas holidays at this hotel. Usually the 24 and 25 of December. We enjoy the suites with the full kitchen so we can prepare our meals. There is also a restaurant and bar in the main lobby which is very nice. There is always a beautiful Christmas tree for pictures and this year a ginger bread house. It has become a tradition for my family."

"We had a great stay and the staff was amazing. Very helpful and gave us a complimentary better room. We will definitely be back. The kids love the water slide. The only one thing I noticed is that the heater is really noisy. A suggestion for future upgrades would be to install quieter heaters. Just a suggestion. "

"When ever we go to Toronto, we like stay in this hotel. No issue in the past. This time sleeping was not comfortable. Bed, to mention specifically the sheets and pillows smells(sweat). Over all it was not bad."
