"Great location, staff very helpful. About 10mins walk from main stations and airport bus drop off. St Enochs subway and shopping centre on doorstep. Hotel is new and the facilities reflect this. Staff great. Free coffee and croissanta in Reception, board games for kids. These little things can make a difference to your stay. Beds comfortable, showers good. Sofa beds a bit of a faff but I've never mastered a sofa bed so it's probably me! All in all would recommend staying here."

"We had a lovely stay in the Fraser Suites. We had an executive apartment which had loads of space. Perfect for a couple of nights stay. The location was good as a short walk to the centre. Loved the coffee machine, and toiletries in the bathroom. Me being quite short would have found it easier if the hand toiletries were put to the right hand wall so I could reach them as the sink was quite deep so difficult for me to get to them on the back wall. "I have already written a review this is just an extra part to that.. this property is a must go to,I was originally here for 3 nights and booked an extra night as it was that great! "The pods themselves are great. Very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Did encounter an issue with the heating upon arrival. POD was so hot inside the surfaces were too hot to touch. Never had this happen before. Calls to office and emergency line were not answered. Had to drive around looking for someone and a nice staff, Kirsten, at the event facility helped me. Finally had to disconnect heating completely from pod. Unfortunately had to stay in the pod all night with the doors...

"Person who rented out the apartment ignored my calls, texts & emails which meant we had no access to apartment even though it was paid for. My wife & me were left stranded in the freezing cold in Glasgow & had to book a hotel. Absolutely disgusting way to treat people, would avoid at all costs."
