"I had such a lovely stay at the resort! It's in a great location, super clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I traveled with my two toddlers, and I can't say enough about the fantastic service we received at the restaurant! Since it's a resort, room service is a bit limited, but it worked out perfectly for us because they have little apartments with their own kitchens. It made things so convenient while traveling with kids. Overall, I had a wonderful experience!"

"For the price and location near Interlaken stations, this property was good. We were there to hike the mountains not to stay indoors. The location above a several restaurants was noisy at night and near construction in the morning. Usual city inconveniences. "

"This place was nice to stay in interlaken. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Because its a self check in there is no one in the front desk to get service. If you need extra service such as towels, you would need to talk to people in the morning around 10am when they are here to clean rooms."

"What a beautiful and homey place to stay while in Interlaken. It was steps away from a grocery store and the train station but also very walkable to the river and restaurants. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!"

"The property basically gets the job done, without any additional bells or whistles. There is only 1 shower to be shared between all 4 rooms (there is an additional 1/2 bathroom, so the toilet load is shared between 2 of them). The 2 rooms on the middle floor have sinks, which reduces the load on the 2 bathrooms. Some of the rooms overlook the street, which is cool, but be prepared for road noise at night, so bring earplugs. If you visit when it's hot outside, there isn't any AC, so you'll need...

"A wonderful location not far from the train station- which we prioritized for ease of travel with an infant. Had a baby cot ready- with toiletries, robe, and tiny slippers for our kiddo! The staff was above and beyond helpful. A great pool! The views were spectacular. Delicious expansive breakfast. "

"Situated 20 minutes outside Interlaken this hotel has all the accommodations you need for a great stay. View of the Eiger & Jungfrau from the hotel balcony is wonderful. Food at the restaurant and breakfast is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful. "
