Talk to front desk everyday about it finally on the day before check out, I call again and was told they had to order a part. "My review on this property is based on the fact that I knew I was getting a cheap accommodation so if you are expecting any kind of perks or frills then do not stay here. "We stayed for a week and the hotel was great. The staff is friendly and even when our ac stopped working, they sent someone right away to fix it. Even though the location is not in downtown Boston, the silverline bus is steps away from the hotel. This bus takes you to south station where you can go anywhere. You can also walk around to other areas feeling safe, its important to us since we took both of our kids.The free breakfast was good, note they dont serve pancakes, waffles or french toast....
