"The staff were friendly, pleasantly offered recommendations when needed. The room was VERY clean, which was appreciated, and the breakfast was good, and had a lot of options. Be aware, if you have an issue with stairs, ask for a first level room when booking as there is no elevator. I definately would stay there again if on Bornholm."

"Our room and bath were small, under the eaves, but we had everything we needed. Bathroom was down a deep step, which we had to get used to. Breakfast was across the street at the sister hotel in a "hyggelig" breakfast room. There was a little COVID-era quirk: we had to put on plastic gloves before using the breakfast buffet. "The rooms & bathrooms are huge with loads of storage drawers & closet space. The balconies are spacious. Most rooms have an ocean view. Every morning we ate breakfast on the patio overlooking the ocean. The breakfast buffet was also quite generous with a variety of hot & cold dishes to satisfy any breakfast preference from American to Scandinavian. "No heating in a 850dkk hotel room, apparently to cheap to turn on central heating in the hotel. It was so cold, that I had to take a hot shower before going to bed. The water was not hot enough, so I ended up getting a cold. When I went for breakfast, there was none. They removed it to early 😁. I asked for a refund, but the manager has not even contacted me. Ps no refrigerator in the room either."
