"Location, always location. The best of this apartment is the location, in the center of the town with view of castle. Easy to go everywhere on walking. But you have to know that parking lot is far around 10 min walking. Since it's an old town, if you have heavy luggages with you, you need to think about it."

"The hotel is on a quiet lane just off the main square, quiet and close to sights. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a kitchen area, would be convenient if staying longer. Luggage can be stored by the reception (also for a small museum). We arrived late around 10pm, no reception any more, but received detailed instruction to get the key from the lock by the door. Would appreciate the info earlier as we informed the hotel beforehand that we would arrive late, and were worried how to get in...

"Great property in the old section of Cesky Krumlov. It’s beautiful town. We enjoyed our stay. Check in instruction were clear and easy to follow. This property is not recommended for anyone with mobility issues as there are steep stairs to the apartment and a couple of steps inside the apartment to the bathroom and kitchen."

"Bigi and very comfortable apartment for 2 adults and 2 children. Hard to find a closer distance to the car park and at the same time in the heart of the village."

"Absolutely loved this luxury apartment with an amazing view of the river. The apartment was well furnished and they provided a wonderful breakfast each day of our stay . We also receive two welcome gifts- a bottle of wine and a beautiful book about Cesky Krumlov. They also provided a free mini bar. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience!"

"This place has potential, but missed the boat in many ways. It is close-ish to the town center. You can get there in 10 minutes but up and over a hill. Could hear a baby crying above us and a dog barking nearby all night. Reception closed at 6 and we arrived shortly after that. They had left a number to call, but no one answered. Turns out key was in the apartment and door unlocked. They could have easily emailed or called us with that info. For an apartment, with a kitchenette I was surprised...

"Such a beautiful place in a beautiful area filled with nature and peace. Plenty of areas for walking and hiking and a short drive from Cesky Krumlov and the German ans Austrian borders. The property istself is very well maintained, the rooms are exceptionally appointed with everything you need for one day, or 10 days. We felt like home and it was only made better by the owners of the place. Already ppanning to go back in spring and it will definitely be a place we fondly return to. "

"First class experience all around. Was able to check in early and the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. On day of departure I left early and the even packed a breakfast to eat on the train back to Prague. An extra bonus - Christmas market was right outside during my entire stay. I would highly recommend!!"

Overall Great Experience

"Hotel stay was great with comfortable beds, heated bathroom floors, nice decor and service. The breakfast was great and a large variety of options to choose from. My only recommendation for those considering staying here is to make sure and park in the P1 parking lot - you cannot park or drive in the city. From P1 it’s a short 3-5 walk. You will need to walk with your luggage. We did not know that in advance. But would highly recommend as a place to stay in this charming city."
