"Great location. The whole ‘laid back’ approach is actually a bit annoying when you want to check in; find an umbrella; talk to someone. And they put a ‘cute’ sign on the desk saying ‘gone surfing back soon’. Seriously the rates you’re charging you need to up the service level!"
