"There are many positives to share and only one negative… On the plus side: the location is simply unbeatable, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the included breakfast was fantastic. On the negative side- the room walls must be incredibly thin, as I could hear snoring every night from the room next door and when they were on the phone or using their TV it was as if we were sharing a room. I think I’d stay again because of all the positives, but I’m a light sleeper and it was a bit tough."

"This hotel is really well located in the centre, so it's easily walkable to everything you need and lots of major attractions, restaurants, food markets etc. The staff are the best aspect of the hotel, both in reception and in the dining areas. Breakfasts were good, and the hotel resturant menu looked excellent although we had already booked other restaurants for dinner. Unfortunately the bathroom in our room flooded every time we used the shower, and the heating wasn't easy to control without...

The only reason I didn’t give it 5stars is because the shower didn’t have sufficient hot water one morning. "Great apartment but the building is undergoing some massive renovation and there was a lot of noise during the day and construction scaffolds everywhere. Both balconies in the apartment had scaffolding out front so we couldn’t use them and had to keep the windows closed. The area isn’t great, typical university type vibe. Didn’t feel unsafe at all, but lots of graffiti. If we go back I’d probably choose a place closer to piazza maggiorie. "
