Host didn’t turn up for check in. Had to book elsewhere. Small print says check in time was 1900. Expedia didn’t help at all given I was stranded in a foreign country. I’m not happy at all about the experience.

The images shown of this property make it look very new, clean and modern. We paid a premium to have a better room on this basis, however we were disappointed that the property seems neglected in terms of maintenance. We were not provided much information to check in with, and the whole process is automated. This made it difficult to understand what we had to do. We did not know which floor of the building the property was on or which room number was ours when we did get into the property. Our room had a sticker with our name on the door which doesn't seem ok in terms of GDPR. As mentioned, the room at first glance appeared ok, but we realised upon entering the bathroom it is not in a good state. The toilet lid was broken (seen in previous reviews from months ago) and there was a horrible smell of sewage that we believe was either coming from the sink or shower. This was overwhelming and made it difficult to use the bathroom at all. The chair in the room is also soiled. These issues have also been reported in previous reviews and not addressed. The breakfast consists of long life food which is fine, but did not feel worthy of the cost of the room. If you are last to breakfast, you will also find the breakfast room dirty from previous guests until the cleaner arrives as the property is unstaffed. The fridge in the room didn't work and the air con was insufficient to cool the room. Overall a disappointing stay.

Mi è piaciuto il fatto che ha uno stile molto particolare rispetto gli altri hotel. La struttura è caratterizzata dallo stile industry. La camera ha il bollitore, macchina caffe, cappuccino e tisane. Frigo bar troppo rumoroso, l’abbiamo spento durante la notte!

PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA! Tuvimos que cancelar el viaje por la situación que está viviendo Italia y el hotel decidió acatar la política de cancelación no dejándonos ni siquiera modificar las fechas. Unos ladrones de primer nivel, no lo recomiendo a nadie.

En yüksek kategoride oda seçmemize rağmen memnun kalmadık. Lokasyon ve oda temizliği iyidi ama banyo ve wc nin odanın dışında olması çok rahatsız edici bir durum, duş veya wc gitmek için koridora çıkmamız gerekiyordu... Rezervasyon yaparken hiç bir yerde yazmıyordu, banyo dışarda olduğunu, odaya girince büyük şok yaşadık. kahvaltı dahil ödedik ama kahvaltı edecek yer yoktu, açık büfe tarzı bir şey vardı ordaki yiyecekler berbattı aç kaldık. Kahvaltıyı odada mecbur kaldık yapma çünkü yapacak yerde yoktu. Tek bir kelime ile çok kötü. Kesinlikle tavsiye esilmez hatta siteden kaldırılmalı...

This was a new construction. The place is very clean however there is current construction which continues. Each room has a private bathroom however overlooked on our part was that this is detached from the room...a bit of inconvenience. Convenient location however the size of the city is small enough that likely no mater where you stay it would be fairly convenient. Would have been helpful to receive a city map from the residence such as we have everywhere else we stay. Additional recommendation on local restaurants etc would also be a nice touch.

Es un lugar muy lindo en cuanto a decoración, limpieza, olor y ubicación, el cual se ve opacado por la actitud del personal que atiende de mala gana y con ganas de no hacerlo, mismo que si tienes alguna duda sobre la ciudad o comentario sobre las instalaciones no se encuentra, o no está disponible para dar el servicio. En cuanto al “desayuno” es pobre. En concreto nuestro calentador tiro agua toda la noche, hubo mucho ruido en el piso de arriba, y muy temprano por la mañana se escucharon los ruidos de la calle, el refrigerador de la habitación nunca se apagó, mismo que hacía mucho ruido. Espero puedan mejorar estos puntos ya que el lugar tiene un excelente ubicación y es muy lindo.
