"Property locked upon arrival. No communication of any kind re checking in, no email, no return of multiple phone calls at all. I needed to find another hotel and seek a full refund, which was given by Expedia. Terrible travel experience, beware."

"My last visit at this hotel I had put in about a couple of things that needed to be addressed, on this visit I do see that everything was addressed. It actually is a great hotel and the staff is awesome. One thing I feel should be changed is the refrigerators in the room, which are more so coolers than refrigerators. "
