"I was not expecting a lot when I booked but I was pleasantly surprised both by the service I received from the very friendly, helpful staff and how comfortable the bed was although the room was small there was plenty of storage. Everywhere was well maintained and spotlessly clean."

"Hotel staff was very helpful and very accommodating, we arrived very late and we picked up a meal from outside, the staff arranged a seating in the breakfast bar for us right away, very helpful this was. The room was very clean and also the beds spotless. At the time of visit, NewYear an eve we got the hotel for £62 for a family room, every where else was several hundreds. With this in mind you get what you pay for but we got a family run business that I would recommend no problem. Thank you...

"Of the 5 locations that we stayed at during our travels in Scotland, this was, by far, the best place! Our room was large, but cozy with an Amazing view, and a super comfortable bed. The decor was beautiful and perfect for the large farmhouse style. The breakfast was Excellent, and catered easily to our dietary needs. "Helen and Andrew are excellent hosts at this beautiful B & B. The accommodations are so tastefully decorated, and the views are amazing! We left the window open at night so we could hear the waves. Location is perfect, steps to the beach and a nice stroll to the gold club for dinner. Excellent breakfast, where nothing is too much trouble.I would absolutely without hesitation stay here again and highly recommend it."
