"Overall good impression, but way too overpriced for what it is. Nice comfortable room, could be better planning of bathroom and shower area, and not very convenient for charging devices. Also, too many additional charges for already expensive stay - parking is very expensive, sun chair is extra also - these could definitely be included in the price, plus tourist tax additionally. Breakfast is made to look fancy, when in reality could benefit from more variety and fresh ingredients."

"Great location in Binz with short walks to everything you need, esp. the beach right outside of the hotel. The breakfast and bbq buffet was outstanding. The rooms are a bit dated by now. Very small toiletries, esp. for stays for more than 1 day. "

"Impressed with the hotel’s professional staff who were consistently helpful. Two staff members - Ella at the front desk and Artigas in the restaurant provided exceptional service. Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable with good views of the Baltic. "
