"Overall, our stay was OK. We came back to the room after eating on our second day to a saturated floor in our room. Went to service desk & they were going to send someone up, but no one ever came to check out the issue. Shoes & items were soaked with water from an unknown source. Breakfast was ok, but they ran out of juice & water, so there was nothing to drink. Fire & Ice was great! Housekeeping staff was extremely helpful & pleasant!"

"Check in was smooth, receptionist was pleasant, room was clean, decent exercise room with weights and cardio machines, hot tub was closed, pool looked nice. Breakfast options were good, but would you believe the coffee machine only had functioning decaf! Overall, the place is fine, convenient location, but could use a refresh. "
