"I have always wanted to stay at this iconic hotel. It's location is perfect walking distance to Beverly Hills and Century City. The rooms are very comfortable. And the service, particularly after I checked in, was fantastic. I got a text asking if everything was to my liking and the one thing I wanted - a hot water kettle - I had within 10 minutes! One small thing - and this is totally subjective - the products they have smell like a mixture of cigarette smoke and something else. The something else is good, but I couldn't shake the cigarette smell."
