"Slow and inconsiderate greeting - took 3 buzzes of the bell to get the gate to open to allow us through to the car park. Room was tiny. And hostess showed no willingness to help with baby cot. No netting on windows so minimal privacy. Television not working - missed the Euros. Bed mattress tiny, spongey and very uncomfortable. Food was great - but waitress slow and lacked attention. "

"Design Hotel with amazing features and a lot of stairs. Check in is done at sister hotel Blue as well as a champagne breakfast buffet. Wonderful atmosphere access to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Easy walk from the train station for us. Can't wait to return. The staff was amazing and made you feel welcomed. Thanks for a lovely weekend away. Only negatives were some of the room designs. There is limited space in the bathroom sink for things. The bathtub is in the room so the splash zone...

"I stayed in the old hotel many years ago and it was fine, the new building is fantastic, very clean and well laid out. The restaurant did a good selection and quality of food at a reasonable price. The breakfast was very good. Comfortable beds but ideally mattress toppers that don't move would be better. The rooms we had were well equipped with everything we needed and more, such as hair dryer, coffee machine and small chiller fridge. Overall as a family we were very happy with the stay and...
