"The rooms were huge, spacious and very comfortable. heating and cooling options were great. The lobby and bar areas were done up beautifully for Christmas. We arrived at 2.30pm and they wouldn’t let us check in until 3pm which was a bit annoying. Many of the lamps in the room didn’t work which made reading in bed hard as the room was very dark. "Great Hotel, warm friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Restaurant has nice views over Brayford pool and Lincoln centre up to the cathedral. Good location amongst bars and restaurants. Couple of small things to be improved upon, the speakers in the restaurant need a good clean as spiders webs visible. The eggs at breakfast had been cooked fresh but left under a heat lamp so gone hard unfortunately. Overall a very comfortable night and I will be definitely staying again. "

"Have stayed here a good 6 or 7 times now and continue to experience excellent staff services. They are friendly, approachable, accommodating and professional. As always the food was excellent and my wife's food allergies fully and professionally catered for. Room was clean and the bed comfortable.Shower water hot and the en-suite clean and warm. A problem with the hotel heating system did not spoil the overnight stay. Would stay again!!"

"I stayed here recently on a short break in Lincoln. It’s well located in a quiet area very near the castle. The staff were absolutely lovely - friendly and helpful.
