"The first room we were given was on the first floor, right beside the check-in counter. It was noisy, the room was small and the view, out the window, was of a storage area. When we requested a new room, we were told there would be an extra charge...for the view! No elevator on the premisis, and we had to carry our own luggage upstairs. The advertised 2 pools...both were more the size of hot tubs rather than pools and the condition and cleanliness was rather scarry. I will definitely not...
