"Mia at the front desk was excellent. We stayed first for 2 nights, then went on our 12 day Hurtigruten sail, and then returned to Bergen for an additional 4 nights. Mia made it like we were coming back home to family. Our stay was delightful and she was very helpful to us in providing guidance for around the city and helping us book the bus to the Bergen airport."

"The hotel is in a good spot and is very quiet although the room doors rattle loudly when others open and shut theirs - a bit of a vacuum in the corridors. The rooms were far too hot with no way of altering the temperature apart from opening windows. Breakfast great and good coffee facilities in foyer. "
