"Hotel staff were really helpful and friendly except the one bar/restaurant staff. Would be ideal if the hotel had a waiting area for guests. My elderly parents were waiting for our transfer to the airport and had a sandwich. "Room was a lot smaller than I thought it was. Can't even bend down in the shower to wash/shave your legs. Breakfast was above par and the gym basic but convenient. Staff was friendly and facilities were very clean. "
