"My stay in Tower II was comfortable, and the bus to Ceska Lipa from Duo is convenient. But *the* reason why I'll be back is the staff -- in particular, Barbora and Austin were so incredibly patient and helpful when I had a million questions. Barbora even helped me plan a very busy day of sightseeing in Prague AND put a ton of effort into booking me and a coworker a private car when we had some oversized luggage and needed to drive far. Both she and Austin were incredibly friendly and personable, and I had a great time chatting with them before heading to bed. (Honorable mention goes to Pedro, who joined at the end of the conversation but was also very pleasant and fun!) Everyone's English was impeccable, which made the whole process a lot easier for someone who doesn't speak much Czech. Děkuju, Barbora, Austin, a Pedro!"

"We stopped here for a quick night on a road trip. The hotel was clean with all basic needs and the staff was kind, friendly and did everything she could to meet our needs. A delicious complete breakfast was included in the price, with eggs, fruit and vegetables, yogurts and more. Though spacious. the room was lacking a kettle to make coffee/tea and we could not find a way to turn up the heat. Also, the walls were thin so we could hear everything around us."

"First, this hotel is in the suburbs of Prague. That means it is a very modern building and not subjected to old, historic restrictions in the city itself. It is a genuine 21st century hotel. Attached to it is an ample parking garage at 12 Euro a day as well as an incredible wellness area (for separate prices) that include a heated swimming pool, and a couple jacuzzis. Additionally, there is an upstairs sauna with around 10 different types. There are huge tennis courts, squash, badmintion, golf driving range (and simulators) and bowling areas. In short, the only issue is it is open to the public and fills up quickly, especially on the weekends. The one downside is that it is well outside the city center. There is a tram about 10 minutes walk away. So, if you have seen enough of the old, historic city, this is a great place to stay. For first or second time visitors, you may want something closer to the center. As I have been to Prague a few times and am used to the tram system here, this place is quite good for me. This is a modern hotel and at standard prices."

"Stayed here loads of times with work. It’s well out of the city centre so don’t book it thinking you’ll be central, but it’s a nice hotel in a decent neighbourhood. I like it here"

"Hotel Aida in Prague was a wonderful experience for us. Our nice 4th floor had two beds in one room and two beds in the second room for our guests. There was a nice kitchen and a very clean, modern bathroom. The temperature of the room was comfortable and the elevator was modern and always operational. The biggest surprise was the breakfast which came with our room. The variety of foods was amazing with freshly made breads, fruit salad, fresh fruit including watermellon. There was dry cereals, cooked cereals, all types of juice and hot deep serving trays of eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, etc. The breafast area was always bright and clean and you had many tables to eat at. This breakfast was self serve, all you can eat and just a delightful way to start your morning. This breakfast was certainly a specialty of hotel Adia, as I noticed many cooks and crew dressed in black styled uniforms working to prepare and put out more food as needed. There was no need for AC during our stay - from 8 June checking out 14 June 2024. The bathroom was bright, cheerful, new, very clean and was stocked with large, medium, and small towels along with a nice towel floor mat. During our stay we meet very friendly and dedicated staff who worked at the check in desk. Their friendlyness and professionalism was outstanding - they checked us in, helped us by calling for our taxis, suggested places to eat for lunch & dinner & how to use the public tram or subways. Hotel Aida was excellent in all regards"
