To start, Ibrahim who manages the hotel, contacted us and arranged to meet us at the taxi drop off and helped us getting our luggage and us to the Riad. "Fantastic stay! The property is easily accessible from the main road. Takes less than 2 minutes walk to reach Dar Rocmarra. Very quiet and spotless clean. Jamilla, the Manager and all the staff is very polite, helpful and ever smiling. Jamilla, specially is an absolute gem!!! A note to the owners: you’ve got a great Manager for your property, she makes all the difference! "They took care of me. As a solo petite woman traveling alone - who happened to need a taxi at 4am to the airport. The Riad booked it for me and escorted me to the taxi. The staff was amazing and the Riad is close to everything. I walked to all tourist attractions I wanted to see."

Perfect hotel

"Stunning hotel with amazing staff. The hotel is perfectly situated within the Medina, close to Bahia Palace and an easy walk to the Souks. A fabulous breakfast is served in the hotel's courtyard, overlooking the pool. Our room was large and always very clean. Plates of fruit, cookies and dates were left in our room daily which is a lovely touch. There is no doubt in our minds that we will return to Ksar Anika again."

"I cannot recommend this Riad enough. Allan, Malika & all the staff are exceptional. They make a wonderful team. Nothing was too much trouble. Allan showed us around Marrakech & how to navigate our way around the alleys & was full of really helpfull tips & info. He even took time to take us to his favourite spice shop where we purchased amazing spices. The Riad itself is beautiful & very well situated in the centre of everything. It is a calming oasis amongst the hustle & bustle of the city. Our room was lovely with an amazing bathroom. The breakfast is very good & there is a constant supply of tea, coffee & mint tea if you want it anytime. There is also a beautiful roof terrace you can enjoy. If you book this Riad you will not be disappointed. We had a wonderful 3 nights stay here & would definitely return. Many thanks to Allan. Malika & all the staff for making our stay such a special one"
